Sussex County Republican Committee's premier annual fundraising event.

 

 

THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE SUSSEX COUNTY EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IS RESCHEDULED FROM NEXTMONDAY, DECEMBER 9, TO THE DECEMBER 14 CHRISTMAS PARTY AT BAYWOOD GREENS.  

IF YOU HAVEN´T ALREADY PURCHASED TICKETS, PLEASE DO SO THROUGH YOUR RD CHAIR OR THROUGH ROB ARLETT AT THE NUMBERS BELOW.

1.   TICKETS
AMOUNT - Tickets are $50 per person and money is payable to SUSSEX COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY.

EACH individual and/or couple attending should be writing their own check in order to account for the money received.

DEADLINE - Payments are due  MONDAY, DECEMBER 2.

Each RD Chairman is to bring their list of attendees and checks to the ADVISORY MEETING that is scheduled for MONDAY, DECEMBER 2 at 6:30PM in Georgetown.  

MEAL CHOICE - Each attendee needs to choose either (1) GRILLED LONDON BROIL  OR  (2) SEARED SALMON.  As you collect your names and checks, PLEASE ask the attendee their choice of meal.

BRING your list of attendees, money/checks, and meal choice to the ADVISORY MEETING on MONDAY, DECEMBER 2.  

The MASTER LIST will be brought to the event where a COLORED TICKET will be provided to each attendee based on their choice of meal.

2.    GROUP TABLE - Should anyone like a GROUP TABLE, they are available for $500 and will seat 10 people.
 
Any elected officials, candidates, groups, businesses, etc., that would like to RESERVE a GROUP TABLE, please contact me directly. 
You may GIVE the tickets away OR feel free to RE-SELL the tickets to those that will be sitting at your table...

3.    AUCTION - EACH REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT is responsible to acquire 3 ITEMS for the auction. 
Each item should be valued at NO LESS than $50 each, if possible. 

Total items donated should be no less than $150.00. 

Feel free to obtain donations from within your RD to include various Gift Certificates from stores, restaurants, etc.

Suggestions:  Photos, Portraits, Political Memorabilia, or anything you think is cool and folks would want to purchase.

Based on the items provided, we may have a LIVE auction and/or a silent auction. This will be decided as we get closer to the event. 

PLEASE be sure you have the NAME of the person who donated the item and the VALUE of the item donated.  This information will be placed on the auction form.

4.    ITINERARY
    6:00 PM:        Doors Open
    6:00 PM:        CASH Bar Open
    6:00 - 6:45 PM:    Social Time
    6:45 - 8:00 PM:    Dinner Served
    8:00 - 8:30 PM:    Auction
    8:30 PM:        Social Time
    9:00 PM:        CASH Bar Closed
    8:30 - 10:00 PM:    Social Time & DANCING
